Training Cancellation Policy
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation, rescheduling, or refund of training courses organized by the company. Its purpose is to ensure fairness and clarity for both participants and the training provider.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all participants, clients, and organizations registered for any in-person, virtual, or on-demand training programs offered by the company.
3. Participant Cancellations
- More than 14 days before training start:
Full refund or credit towards future training. - 7–14 days before training start:
50% refund or credit towards future training. - Less than 7 days before training start:
No refund; substitution of participants is allowed. - No-show without notice:
No refund or credit will be issued.
4. Rescheduling by Participant
Participants may request to reschedule their registration to another session date:
- One-time reschedule allowed without charge if requested at least 7 days in advance.
- Additional rescheduling requests will incur a 10% administrative fee.
5. Cancellations by the Company
If the company cancels or postpones a training session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, trainer unavailability, force majeure):
- Participants will be notified promptly.
- They may choose between a full refund or a transfer to a future session at no cost.
6. Substitutions
Substitute participants from the same organization may attend in place of the original registrant at any time before the course start date without additional fees.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
8. Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
9. Policy Acceptance
By registering for a training program, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this cancellation policy.
